Access terms

Application information is used only to review and administer private access. Denied applications are deleted after 30 days.

Approved access is personal. Do not share your account or attempt to bypass access controls. Access may be revoked when these terms are violated.

Maiko TV provides a player interface and metadata for use with third-party services. Maiko TV does not grant or verify the legal right to access any particular media. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to access everything you choose to play.

You may use Maiko TV only for content that is in the public domain, openly licensed, owned by you, or that you are otherwise legally authorized to access. Using Maiko TV to locate, access, or stream copyrighted material without authorization is strictly prohibited.

Accounts reasonably determined, after review, to have been used for unauthorized access to copyrighted material may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated. Accounts belonging to repeat infringers will be terminated in appropriate circumstances.
